Cut out foods with zero or low nutritional value, such as processed foods, refined sugar, alcohol, margarine and vegetable oils. These addictive foods promote inflammation and can make you feel groggy, tired, cranky and swollen. Replace them with our healthy Superfoods!

Focus on ways to eliminate stress from your life and add in new habits to relax, such as meeting up with friends, going for a walk or meditating. Prioritize sleep because studies show that the quality and quantity of your sleep has an influence on weight loss. When sleep is poor, the body tries to conserve energy. Moreover, being tired also makes you less likely to work out and more likely to make poor food choices.
Adequate hydration is key to enable your organs to operate effectively. Drink 1 liter of water a day as the minimum; 2 is ideal if you’re working out as you’ll lose a lot of water weight. Detox baths (like an Epsom salt bath) are known to relieve inflammation, soothe aching pains and treat headaches.
