The Fitness guide aims to be fuss-free so our workouts can be done anytime, anywhere. We require minimal to no equipment for workouts! Any equipment required can be easily substituted with everyday objects (e.g. shampoo or water bottles for dumbells), check out page 196 of the Ultimate Body Fitness Guide for alternatives! All you need is an exercise mat, towel, water bottle, killer playlist, timer and you're good to go!
