You will need
- Water bottle
- Dumbbells (probably 5 pounds, maybe 3lbs or 8lbs depending on your fitness level)
- A chair
- A stability ball not blown up all the way to be “bouncy” so it's slightly soft so you can easily sit on it. Get the smaller size if you’re 5’4” or under, the larger size if you're taller than 5’4”
