Congrats, you did it! This is absolutely amazing! To maintain that awesome shape, we suggest redoing the program starting from the weeks you found the most challenging (i.e. Week 7). Challenge yourself and go for extra reps or even another circuit. We recommend incorporating BodyBoss into your everyday lives, even after you've completed the 12 week program because maintaining your leaner and stronger physique takes less work than building up your fitness levels from scratch.
