We understand that some circuits can be quite challenging to complete in 7 / 8 minutes. Don’t worry as this is only a recommended length of time! If you are unable to complete the number of reps stated within the time given, we suggest completing as many reps as you can within 1 minute for each exercise. However, if you feel that the main program is still far too challenging, we recommend completing another round of pre-training and repeat an additional circuit 1 more time to prepare yourself for the main program.
