Please note that international orders may take up to 10 full business days to be delivered. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
In the meantime here are some things that might help you locate your package:
If the tracking information shows that your package is in your destination country, we recommend referring to your local courier's online tracking, as it may have more accurate tracking information for your order. Alternatively, you may also contact your local post/customs office directly. The best way to do this is by locating your nearest post/customs office and physically visit the office to find your package.
If the tracking information shows that your package is still in origin or is currently in transit, please be patient! Our international orders may take up to 10 full business days to be delivered. Be sure to also check with the customs office, in case that your package is held.
If 10 full business days have passed and you do not receive your order, please contact our support team! We hope you understand that we are unable to assist you further with your order until after the 10th business day.
